Welcome to Circle of Friends Senior Program
Circle of Friends is an adult day care program that provides compassionate, quality care for adults who are coping with a chronic life-altering illness. We provide a family-like environment with a warm and comfortable setting in a turn of the century, historic building.
Our client’s lives are enriched through interaction with a caring staff, stimulating activities, and the companionship of peers. The caregiver’s life is enhanced through flexible scheduling and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that loved ones are well cared for. Circle of Friends allows caregivers to pursue their career and can also provide much needed breaks for families who need rest and relaxation.

Our Staff
Circle of Friends staff members are certified in CPR, medication administration, First Aid and lifting techniques. Among the services they provide are personal care, therapeutic recreation, assistance with meals, medication, blood pressure and health screening.

Shadowfax is a private, non-profit corporation administered by a local Board of Directors comprised of concerned members of the community. Circle of Friends is one of many Shadowfax services that are improving the quality of life for the citizens of York County.
